Cowex offers CRS-systems (Control, Regulation and Supervision) for industrial plants.
This is to improve the quality and overview and to ensure an effective production
plant.
The control of CRS-system is done with graphical user-interface for visualizing
the processes, this makes the overview of the system control very attractive.
Fleksible modulation of all units gives a stan-dardised and future secured program.
User Friendly interface
The CRS-system provides the possibility of controlling and supervising the production.
The user can control the process both centrally and locally. The user interface
is to a large extent based on the wellknown WEB-interface in the Windows environment,
on the monitor the user points out the elements from different menus and predefined
windows. The monitor gives a visual picture of the process, with a detailed view
of the measured parameters, this is also an easy way of changing the regulating
parameters. There is therefore a good contact between the operator the operator
and the central supervision.
Control and Regulation
The specific functions for control and regulation is managed decentralized by the
PLC's. The Process-computers takes care of processing all of the control- and processvalues
and transforming them to be used in the CRS-system.
The programminglanguage SLL, Sequens Logic Language, is remarkable by treating the
signals by action. This secures optimal speed and the best use of the ressources
of the processcomputer.
Futureconcept
Characteristic for the CRS-system is that it is designed on a modularbased concept,
with components of high quality. This means that there always is a possibility for
extending and adjusting the system for increased demands in either quality or quantity.
